About
Robert Walker
M.Ed., BS, NRP, CHSE
Robert Walker is an EMS executive, educator, and clinician with more than 20 years of experience in emergency medical services. His professional work has focused on organizational leadership, clinical education, quality management, and workforce development. He currently serves on a critical care transport team for a major health system in Pennsylvania.
His previous roles include Executive Director of a community ambulance service and Regional EMS Education Specialist for an eight county EMS region. He has led initiatives in strategic planning, clinical quality improvement, recruit education, simulation, and organizational modernization.
Rob holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in EMS Administration from Columbia Southern University. He is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator and a contract instructor for the National Fire Academy.

Rob is a frequent presenter at EMS conferences and education programs across the country, including EMS & Fire Pro, the Pennsylvania EMS Conference, the National Conference on EMS in Atlantic City, the Alaska EMS Symposium, the CODE EMS Conference, and the Life Lion EMS Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He has also presented at numerous regional and local EMS education programs.
His presentations draw on experience in clinical practice, EMS education, quality management, and organizational leadership, with an emphasis on practical lessons that providers and leaders can apply in their own organizations.
